You will see a chat box pop up from the bottom right of the page. I only sign on a couple of minutes before the appointment time so if you are early it may indicate that I am “offline". Also, if you log in early and I do not answer the chat it is because I am still on my previous session. If that happens it is no more than 5 minutes. Just wait closer to the appointment time and refresh your page.
